Casa Andina is actively restructuring its Social and Civic Responsibility Strategy across the group, thus demonstrating a real commitment of shareholders and senior management. To achieve its goals, Casa Andina has opted to work with a recognized specialist consultant to substantively include local indigenous communities in the hotels productive chains.

1.	Casa Andina is in process of adopting a Code of Ethics and developing a Strategic Plan of Social Responsibility for 2010.
2.	In Colca, Puno and the Sacred Valley Casa Andina is working on a pilot project that seeks to incorporate local community products into our supply chain.
3.	In terms of eco-efficiency Casa Andina is looking for opportunities to improve and reduce its consumption.
4.	For 3 years La Escuela Casa Andina has organized workshops in Cusco, Puno, the Sacred Valley and Colca and given training to more than 60 people from communities involved in Rural Community Tourism.
